Family Fun Day

This client’s brief was to entertain up to 1000 staff and families at their distribution centre, with a “Mods and Rockers” theme. The area was cleared in the morning and entertainment included Laser Quest, crazy golf, 14 seat Simulator, mega slide, funfair stalls, scalextric, face painters, soft play area, bouncy castle and ball pond, twin Sega rally, Wii console, Pamper zone plus nail technician with a large variety of food outlets.

This was finished off by a large festival stage for the band and the site was cleared and back to normal by 6.00pm.

European Conference and Exhibition

Third year going to Brussels for the exhibition and conference and this year we are taking a filming crew with us. We will also organise and manage the event which includes the accommodation, audio visual, catering, printing and delegate registration.

Christmas in Mayfair

For this Christmas party the brief was to privately hire a restaurant and bar, a 1920’s theme which included Benoit Viellefon and his orchestra, vintage car, props and films from the era.

This was accompanied by a fully edited presentation showing highlights of the year’s events.

Conference and Awards dinner

This year one of our key accounts wanted their annual conference in a four star venue with great transport links, as their delegates arrive from all over Europe. The Belfry was selected for the Conference with an awards dinner, live music with audience participation, supplier exhibition area and accommodation to organise, plus a bit of golf!

Team Building at Knebworth House

This year another key account wanted to incorporate team building activities into their summer party. These included Quad biking treasure hunt, Honda pilot time trials, clay pigeon shooting, archery followed by lunch in Knebworth House. In the afternoon there was a bungee run, croquet on the lawn, mini golf, boules, bucking bronco and private tours of the house.
