Renewable Energy Group Summer Team Building

Black and White Events were asked for an eco-friendly Team Building event and created the "Green Machine Eco Rally."

Teams were asked to design and build their own environmentally friendly, zero emissions “Green Machine” to race in the world’s first Eco Rally ! Over 200 people arrived at a country estate and after enjoying a Hog Roast and Barbeque, were briefed and split into teams to undertake the challenges ahead.

Elios Ceramica Product Launch

This Italian based company required a central location to host a Product Launch to their UK and Irish distributors. One of the challenges for Elios Ceramica was to combine “work and play” over two days, concluding with a spectacular finale.

Black and White Events undertook all aspects of the two day event including delegate registration, Product launch, private dining, accommodation and a high impact Super car track day with a Ferrari, a Lamborghini and the Mitsubishi Evo.

Coffee Nation Sales Conference and Family Fun Day

One of the challenges for Coffee Nation was to provide a serious conference whilst entertaining partners and children of all ages, in the Buckinghamshire area. Having chosen a venue that was able to combine the conference and sufficient outdoor space a selection of activities were chosen to entertain ages from 2 to 60 years, they included:-

Stagecoach Theatre Arts Annual Conference and Awards Dinner

Stagecoach Theatre Arts Schools have been in business for 21 years and what better way to celebrate than bringing together the whole organisation for two days, from as far afield as Malta, Germany and Spain to Southwell, Sheffield and Swindon.

The evening started with a 4 course dinner and award ceremony with a floor show, starring the children from the local Stagecoach Theatre Arts School. All of this was enhanced by an Abba Tribute Band consisting of the Stagecoach Founders and Franchisees that encouraged unparalleled audience participation.

Day two started slowly….. Over 200 delegates attended the Conference while some of their partners enjoyed a leisurely 18 holes on The Belfry Championship Golf Course, in the autumn sunshine.

Brita Corporate Hospitality

Brita were looking for a unique event for their customers and the Black and White Events creative team designed the Great Champagne Escape.

Guests met at the Champagne Bar at St Pancras for the Eurostar First Class to France to a small family owned Champagne House outside Epernay. Guests learnt the art of Sabrage and were intronised into the Confrerie du Sabre d’Or (order of the golden sabre – a cross between a city guild and a Champagne drinking club).

Guests then enjoyed a spectacular 5 course dinner with accompanying Champagnes from the extensive cellars at Château Les Crayères. The restaurant at Les Château Les Crayères has been a long standing Mecca for lovers of gourmet food from across the world and currently has 2 Michelin stars.

For the first visit of the second day the group visited the largest Champagne House, Moët and Chandon. Instead of joining a public tour, the group enjoyed an exclusive VIP Dom Perignon tour away from other visitors, concluding with a glass of Dom Perignon in the drawing room in the Moët mansion, served by a Moët and Chandon trained sommelier.

After this, on to the oldest Champagne House, the prestigious house of Ruinart. At the conclusion of this tour, guests were served with a glass of Champagne by way of an aperitif before enjoying lunch in their private dining room, washed down with plenty of Champagnes from their cellars, including the spectacular Dom Ruinart and Dom Ruinart Rosé vintage Champagnes and then a leisurely return trip –
